3. Ordering and Payments

  • Orders can be placed online or through our customer support team.
  • Prices are listed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and include VAT (where applicable).
  • We accept payments via mobile banking (bKash, Nagad), bank transfer, or cash on delivery (in selected areas).
  • For custom or bulk orders, advance payment may be required.

4. Delivery and Installation

  • Dhaka City: Delivery within 3 to 5 working days.
  • Outside Dhaka: Delivery within 5 to 10 working days, based on location and product type.
  • Delivery charges in Dhaka may be free or minimal. Charges for other areas are calculated based on distance and order volume.
  • Free on-site assembly is provided within Dhaka. Customers outside Dhaka will receive remote guidance or technician support (available on request, with additional cost).

5. No Return Policy

  • We do not accept returns under any circumstances.
  • Please inspect your products at the time of delivery. If there are any damages or issues, report them immediately to our team for support.
  • Once delivered and accepted, the product is considered final.

6. Service Warranty

  • All standard furniture products come with a 1-year free service warranty.
  • The warranty covers manufacturing defects and structural faults under normal use.
  • It does not cover:
    • Damage due to misuse, negligence, or improper handling
    • Accidental damage, fire, or water damage
    • Unauthorized repairs or modifications
  • Warranty service is available upon request and inspection by our technical team.

7. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be canceled before dispatch only.
  • Custom-made or special orders cannot be canceled once processing begins.
  • Once shipped, no cancellations or refunds will be entertained.

8. Intellectual Property

  • All content on the website (including images, logos, product descriptions, and design) is the intellectual property of Smart Furniture.
  • You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any material without our written consent.
